Open Space, Parish Church

We are holding an Open Space event in the church on Friday 17th January. This is for the community.
At the start of a New Year the terrible conflicts around the world continue to cause great concern to many of us. We feel helpless.
We long for peace for those caught up in the violence. Standing together in solidarity quietly is one thing we can do.
We welcome people of all faiths or none to this quiet warm space to pray, reflect in silence, meditate or light a candle for peace.
There will be some simple displays to help focus thinking for those who find this useful. As our poster says: "Take 2 minutes, Take 2
hours, Take time." No need to speak to anyone; just slip in and out.
