Beat Budget Blues at Philiphaugh, Mondays 1:30-3pm from 26 Feb

Scottish Borders Council has announced a new programme for Spring - 'Beat Those Budget Blues'.
At Philiphaugh Community Centre on the Mondays below, from 1:30-3:00pm, there will be sessions designed to help cope with rising prices, falling income and more.
Dates start on Monday 26 Feb, and continue on March 4, 18, and 25, then April 15 and 22.
